Design and Implementation of the Smart Food Safety Defense Platform
With the increasing complexity of the food supply chain and the emergence of new risks such as AI-forged inspection reports, traditional food safety supervision models face severe challenges including information fragmentation, delayed risk response, and insufficient public participation. This paper proposes a "Smart Food Safety Defense Platform" based on full-stack technology integration, which integrates Vue3 front-end framework, Spring Boot 3 back-end micro-services, AI (Artificial Intelligence) natural language processing, and big data mining technologies. The platform constructs a multidimensional defense system covering "production-processing-storage-transportation-sales" through four core modules: intelligent traceability management, dynamic risk early warning, social co-governance, and data-driven decision-making. Practical verification shows that the platform reduces the average handling time of food safety incidents by 67% and increases the traceability rate of problematic products to 100%, providing a technical paradigm for modern food safety governance. At the same time, it has deepened the industry application of natural language processing technology in the field of artificial intelligence and expanded the scenarios of intelligent decision-making models; Optimized data integration management and improved mining algorithms in the field of big data technology; Promoted the collaborative development and performance optimization of front-end Vue3 and back-end Spring Boot 3 technologies in complex businesses, providing a comprehensive technological paradigm and innovative path for modern food safety governance.
