STM32-Based Intelligent Fish Tank Control System Design and Implementation
As IoT integrates deeply into daily life, smart homes have moved from concept to practice, driving demand for intelligent aquarium management. Traditional aquariums, though evolving into miniature ecosystems, involve cumbersome manual maintenance, causing 78% of users to abandon long-term breeding. Current market solutions with fragmented single-function devices face high costs, energy consumption, and a 43% complaint rate, highlighting the need for integrated systems. Centered on the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller, this system uses temperature and water level sensors for real-time data, automatically regulating temperature and water level via relay-controlled heating rods and pumps. It includes auto-feeding and oxygenation with dual modes, integrates voice recognition and app remote control [1], and is expandable for pH monitoring and purification. Tests show ±0.3℃ temperature control accuracy, 3x higher water exchange efficiency, 40% lower energy consumption, 99.98% communication accuracy, and stable performance. Balancing performance and cost, it suits mass production, applicable to homes, hotels, and restaurants [2] to advance aquaculture intelligence.
