Advancing Telemarketing Success using Ensemble-Driven Online Machine Learning
Companies often use telemarketing towards contact potential customers, but this strategy is only effective when the right people are contacted. The aim of this research is towards increase telemarketing’s effectiveness towards promote the improved ML models such as "Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, and XG Boost" towards forecast towards promote the effectiveness of telemarketing, which will probably be interested in customers. F1 score, recall, accuracy and precision are used matrix towards assess these models. By using enchanted online machine learning techniques such as "SMOTE, ADASYN, and Borderline SMOTE", this research aims towards improve the results of telemarketing and address the difficulty of unbalanced data. The goal is towards develop synthetic data for under -paired groups, towards improve the decision, we use dress learning towards combine several prediction models based on the same model. Portuguese the usage of bank marketing data sets is both project training and test stages. In addition, the system is able towards respond towards new trends in real time and is constantly updated with new customer responses towards thanks towards online learning. Our method allows telemarketing zero on potential buyers, who are likely towards buy from them, which increases the response rate and reduces the conversation. Better marketing strategy is the direct consequence of system insight into consumer behaviour. Through the process of customizing the XG Boost, we are able towards achieve an accuracy rate of more than 98%, even with a small collection carefully selected and informed. Low operating expenses, increase in conversion frequency and better efficiency in telemarketing is overarching goal for this initiative.
