Research on the Method of Smart Meter Data Crossing the User-Side Network
With the popularization of smart home systems and the development of the energy internet, the smart meter, as an important device connecting household users and power suppliers, has seen its data transmission security become increasingly crucial. Currently, the main transmission methods are PLC dedicated networks and 4G/5G networks. The rapid development of smart home technology has provided new ways for the data transmission of smart meters. This article will explore an innovative data transmission mechanism - "data traversal", which utilizes the existing smart devices within the home as intermediaries to achieve secure data transmission of smart meters, enhancing the security and efficiency of the interaction between the power grid and users in terms of supply and demand.
