Health Care Utilization and Follow-Up Care in Young Adult Breast Cancer Survivors
Although most have a PCP, over half of young survivors continue to see an oncology provider for follow-up in long-term survivorship. Mammography uptake was high; uptake of other health maintenance practices was lower. Identification of barriers/facilitators to receipt of guideline-concordant care may inform strategies to optimize survivorship.
