LẬP LUẬN VÀ KỸ NĂNG VIẾT TRONG NGHỀ LUẬTMỘT SỐ NỘI DUNG THEN CHỐT CẦN GIẢNG DẠY CHO SINH VIÊN

The article focuses on analyzing the role and core content of argumentation skills and legal writing skills in training law students. Based on the synthesis of theoretical issues and research, analyzing the course outline with related content at a number of law training institutions in Vietnam, the author proposes three key contents that need to be focused on teaching the subject of argumentation and writing skills in the legal profession: legal thinking, legal argumentation and legal analysis writing skills. At the same time, the article also raises issues to discuss effective teaching methods for this subject such as using real situations, real case files and building a professional law practice environment to improve the quality of law training, as well as contribute to clarifying the orientation of developing the law training program in the direction of closely linking theory and practice of the legal profession.
