DIGITALNO BANKARSTVO U SAVREMENIM USLOVIMA POSLOVANJA

The aim of the research is to study banking operations in modern market conditions, as well as to contribute to a more complete and holistic view of certain legal and economic issues that may arise in connection with the tendency of the increasing role of banks in our business and economic system and to possibly propose the improvement of certain business solutions. The author seeks to prove, using the normative and comparative law method, that banks have a significant role in the economic system of each country, as well as in the Republic of Serbia, and that it is necessary to respect the proven experiences in the field of banking operations in the world that are based on a modern concept.
