Flexible capacitive pressure sensor with chemically reduced graphene oxide on a pyramid-structured melamine sponge array by laser engraving

Herein, we proposed a novel dielectric layer of pyramid-based melamine sponge (MSponge) obtained through simple laser engraving as a flexible capacitive pressure sensor.
