Data-Driven Evaluation of Female Entrepreneurial Success Factors in Jakarta Urban Economy

This study presents a quantitative evaluation of key factors influencing entrepreneurial success among female entrepreneurs operating within Jakarta’s urban economy. Using a structured questionnaire distributed to 500 respondents, data were analyzed employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships between personality traits, motivation, commitment, access to financial resources, and government support. The findings indicate that personality traits significantly influence both motivation and commitment, which in turn positively impact entrepreneurial success. Additionally, the availability of financial resources and supportive government policies were found to have direct positive effects. All proposed hypotheses were statistically supported. The results contribute to a data-driven understanding of entrepreneurship in emerging urban markets and offer practical insights for policymakers and ecosystem enablers seeking to promote inclusive economic development through gender-responsive strategies.
