Empirical Study on Intelligent Information System Integration for Digital Transformation in Accounting Education

The increasing integration of intelligent information systems into education has accelerated digital transformation across academic disciplines, including accounting. This study investigates the implementation of a technology enhanced learning environment using the Accurate application an accounting software platform to assess its impact on students proficiency and engagement in digital accounting practices. The research aims to evaluate how intelligent software tools support the transition from traditional to digitally integrated accounting education. A quantitative research methodology was employed, involving structured questionnaires distributed to accounting students, with responses analyzed using linear regression models to measure the effect of system usage on students skill development. Results indicate that the adoption of intelligent accounting systems significantly improves student performance, particularly in real-time data processing, automated reporting, and interactive financial analysis. Key system attributes such as usability, accessibility, and interface design were found to be critical drivers of effective adoption. A statistically significant relationship was observed between the duration of system usage and student proficiency, with an R2 value of 0.52, demonstrating that consistent exposure enhances technical competence. These findings support the conclusion that the integration of intelligent information systems into accounting curricula not only modernizes educational delivery but also fosters deeper technological literacy among future accounting professionals. The study highlights the potential of scalable, intelligent platforms to serve as foundational infrastructure for digital transformation in higher education, aligning with broader smart education and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
