Three-Dimensional Reconstruction and Morphological Analysis of the Upper Airway in OSAHS Patients Based on CT Images
Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a common sleep disorder, with structural abnormalities of the upper airway being one of its primary pathological features. This study utilizes CT images data and employs three-dimensional reconstruction techniques to construct upper airway models of OSAHS patients, aiming to assist in clinical diagnosis and treatment planning. First, DICOM-format data of the upper airway region were obtained through CT scanning. Subsequently, three-dimensional reconstruction was performed using the medical image processing software Mimics. The morphological characteristics were then analyzed, and the results demonstrated that the three-dimensional reconstruction model effectively visualizes the narrowed regions and morphological features of the upper airway in OSAHS patients. This provides a valuable reference for the development of personalized treatment plans.
