Application of AC Voltage Regulation in Winding Coating Machines
Compared with traditional electrochemical plating technology, vacuum coating technology offers significant advantages, including environmental protection, energy conservation, and emission reduction. Therefore, this paper investigates and designs a high-efficiency, low-harmonic, high-power heating power supply based on high-frequency inverter technology to meet the requirements of heating source control in modern winding coating machines. By utilizing MATLAB simulations to analyze circuit parameters and output waveforms, the DSP TMS320F2812 was employed to regulate and monitor the output voltage and current under various operating modes. Practical applications demonstrate that the power supply operates reliably and smoothly, outperforming conventional voltage-regulated power supplies. The harmonic content is substantially reduced, and the system’s overall reliability is significantly enhanced.
