Abstract

The article considers the problem of forming orthopedic competence of future physical education teachers in the context of the transformation of the modern education system of Ukraine. It is emphasized that one of the key tasks of training specialists is the ability to organize physical education and health activities taking into account the characteristics of students, prevent the risk of injuries, and ensure their harmonious development. It has been determined that an important component of professional training is the formation of integrative orthopedic competence, which combines a system of special knowledge, practical skills, value orientations, and personal qualities. The importance of gaming technologies as an effective means of increasing students' motivation, activating their cognitive activity, and bringing the educational process closer to future professional practice is substantiated. The leading functions of outdoor and sports games in the prevention and correction of musculoskeletal disorders are outlined, in particular the development of the muscular system, the formation of correct posture, the stimulation of sensorimotor integration, and the socialization of students with special educational needs. The possibilities of adapting games to the individual physical capabilities of schoolchildren through the use of variable rules, lightweight equipment, and specially organized methods are shown. It is noted that the inclusion of gaming technologies in the professional training of future physical education teachers ensures the development of their skills to diagnose the physical condition of students, select adequate exercises, organize a safe educational environment, and apply rehabilitation and correctional approaches. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of competence formation depends on the integration of theoretical and practical training, individualization of tasks, and the creation of a health-preserving environment. It was concluded that gaming technologies act as a flexible tool for professional training, contribute to the development of creativity, communication skills, and readiness to work in an inclusive environment that meets the modern needs of the New Ukrainian School.
