PCM-based Non-volatile Tuning of Cryogenic Silicon Photonic Micro-ring Modulators

We demonstrate a non-volatile approach to tune the resonance of high-speed micro-ring modulators using integrated PCM at cryogenic temperatures. This is crucial to realize large scale cryogenic photonics for quantum computing and high energy physics.
