Broadband Frequency Comb Generation on CMOS-Compatible 8-inch Aluminum Nitride Photonics Platform
A broadband frequency comb is demonstrated on CMOS-compatible 8-inch AlN photonics platform. From microring with intrinsic Q of 1 million, frequency comb with span > 250 nm (from 1450 nm to >1700 nm) is observed.
