Non-Suspended Lithium Niobate Platform for Electro-Optic and Acousto-Optic Modulation

In this work, we show both piezoelectric and Pockels effects for modulating the same non-suspended structure in lithium niobate. We show a high-Q acoustic mode that overlaps strongly with the photonic mode.
