Reconfigurable metasurface in the visible spectrum using wide bandgap phase change material antimony sulfide (Sb2S3)

We experimentally demonstrate an electrically tunable metasurface using Sb 2 S 3 in the visible spectrum. We observe a resonance shift of ~16 nm using just 20 nm thick layer of Sb2S3 at a wavelength of ~675 nm.

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate an electrically tunable metasurface using Sb 2 S 3 in the visible spectrum. We observe a resonance shift of ~16 nm using just 20 nm thick layer of Sb2S3 at a wavelength of ~675 nm.
