Octave Spanning Supercontinuum Generation in Ta2O5 Waveguides Driven by Femtosecond 2.1-µm Laser
We demonstrate supercontinuum generation in a Ta 2 O 5 waveguides pumped by a 2.1-µm femtosecond laser. The spectrum spans 1.2-3.2 µm with 61 mW of output power, showing the potential for carrier-envelope frequency detection.
