On the issue of engineering development of rural areas within the framework of the implementation of state target programs

The article examines the issues of engineering development of rural areas, the main activity of organizations operating within their contour is agriculture and related activities (production of food products, beverages, leather, textiles, etc.). Joint positions in the consumption of engineering services indicate the key role of the state in the development of engineering development of rural areas. An assessment of engineering development within the framework of the implementation of state target programs is presented.
