COMPREHENSIVE MODEL OF LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT OF HIGH-TECH PRODUCTS

One of the active figures in the development of modern domestic science and technology are research and production enterprises that accumulate both scientific developments and the ability to embody them in manufactured products. One of the primary tasks for the management of such organizations is the need to build a system of integrated management of the life cycle of manufactured products based on several approaches at once. The study includes an analysis of the authors' existing ideas about the product life cycle. The list of stages and phases of the product life cycle, as well as the automated information systems used in the implementation of this process are considered. The organizational approach, namely cross-functional teams, is analyzed. The study of existing ideas and the author's developments lead to the creation of a comprehensive method for managing the life cycle of products of research and production organizations. As a result, the researcher proposed an information and organizational methodology aimed at improving the life cycle management process in high-tech enterprises, which will increase the level of quality performance indicators at each stage of this process. The proposed method is a useful tool for managers and management in a research and production enterprise, allowing on its basis to create a system of integrated management of the life cycle of manufactured products, which will lead to maintaining competitiveness in the market and constant improvement of products for consumers. In addition, this information will allow identifying priority areas of activity in terms of the enterprise's nomenclature and determining the time period of the "transformation point" for its representatives.
