The impact on the business processes of design and survey organizations of the implementation of the standard for ensuring sustainable development in project management GPM P5

The article examines the impact of the implementation of the GPM P5 project management sustainability standard on the business processes of design and survey organizations using the example of the activities of the MEI Design Institute. The GPM P5 standard, focused on integrating the five key aspects of sustainable development (people, planet, prosperity, processes, products), provides tools for a harmonious combination of economic, environmental and social goals. The implementation of this standard helps to increase the transparency of processes, optimize the use of resources, minimize environmental risks and increase trust on the part of customers and partners. Design and survey organizations, which play a key role in creating infrastructure and developing construction technologies, face challenges associated with high uncertainty and the need to adapt to the principles of sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the activities of the MEI Design Institute, recommendations have been formulated aimed at the successful integration of the GPM P5 standard into project management of design and survey organizations.
