Reliability Study and Implementation of a Smart Fire Installation with IoT Technology
Detecting and putting out fires are essential parts of safeguarding infrastructure, property, and human life. IoT-based technology integration has greatly improved fire safety systems' automation and responsiveness in recent years. In this work, a smart fire detection and extinguishing system that combines water, foam, and powder extinguishing agents with gas, temperature, and flame sensors is designed and implemented. The accuracy and response time of the system were assessed through controlled experimental tests. The results validate the functioning and potential of the suggested system by showing quick detection and successful suppression of simulated flames. This research helps create sophisticated, affordable fire safety devices that may be used in both home and commercial settings.
