ResQlink: An Emergency Response WebApp
ResQlink Emergency Response WebApp is a web-based platform that is designed for emergency reporting, response coordination, and user management. While technologies like two-way communication, dynamic tracking, ML-based hazard detection, and AI agents have been implemented there are limitations. This frontend is built with the help of React with TypeScript and Material-UI for UI components, while the backend uses Flask with MongoDB for data storage. This entire model helps in secure authentication with the help of JWT and bcrypt, that gives surety on role-based access for users, responders, and admins. RESTful APIs eases smooth communication between frontend and backend, while NLP (NLTK) helps in text classification for prioritizing emergencies. Geolocation services like OpenStreetMap and Nominatim are included for accurate location tracking. The platform makes sure that theres data security, real-time updates, and efficient emergency handling, making it a good system for crisis management.
