Bufalin suppresses osteosarcoma cell proliferation and migration through regulation of the P53/MDM2 axis
• The aim of this study is to investigate how Bufalin targets the P53/MDM2 axis in treating osteosarcoma (OS). • This article shows through network pharmacology predictions and experimental validation. • In treating OS, Bufalin not only upregulated P53 expression but also downregulated its main negative regulator MDM2.
