Modernization of the Sofia Varvarchuk holographic system for controlling the geometry of a gas turbine blade
The Sofia Varvarchuk holographic non-destructive testing system was created to control the formation of the microrelief of the product surface. The tested product, as a rule, has flat surfaces. Profilograms, which are taken from a holographic image of a flat surface in mutually perpendicular directions, are used to structure the topography of a microrelief. The device for removing profilogram maps after a certain step is a standing electromagnetic wave scanner. The scanner for a flat surface has a number of degrees of freedom that are sufficient for its camera to be oriented at an angle of 0.001 degrees to the image of the object and move with a feed of up to 1 nm. The electronic system of the scanner allows you to withstand such parameters. For products that have complex shaped surfaces, this scanner can be used under certain conditions. The main of these conditions is that profilograms must be taken from a site of sufficiently small size. The dimensions of the site should be such that it can be considered flat with a certain degree of accuracy. To operate the scanner on a local surface with a main curvature other than infinity in mutually perpendicular directions, its modernization is required. Additional equipment in the Sofia Varvarchuk system is required to determine the surface geometry of a gas turbine blade.
