The genesis of the matrix of the shape of the potential energy of a multiatomic cluster
Let us know the positions in the space of each atom of a certain multiatomic cluster. It is convenient to represent a set of binary distances between the positions of atoms in the form of a matrix, which was previously called a shape matrix or morph. Due to the special role of the shape matrix, the question arises about its origin and existence, i.e. about the genesis of the morph. In revealing the genesis of the shape matrix, three approaches are considered. In the first approach, along with the usual physical space, the morph space is considered. In the second approach to the study of the genesis of the morph, the task of constructing the primary structure of the DNA molecule is considered. Finally, in the third approach to studying the genesis of the shape matrix, an ensemble of clusters was considered, where it is possible to determine the average shape matrix and consider it as a single one for each cluster of the ensemble.
