Məhkəmə prosesində vəkillər arasında mübahisənin xüsusiyyətləri
The lawyer is a key figure who defends the rights of a party during court proceedings, and their participation should contribute to the fair resolution of the legal dispute. Numerous local and international regulations reflect the rules of conduct for lawyers. However, the purpose of this article is to address the question of what consequences may arise and how disputes between lawyers that deviate from legal and professional boundaries during proceedings should be regulated, based on certain judicial precedents and existing legislative norms. Considering that both lawyers are in equal positions when a dispute occurs between them, it is important to examine the grounds on which the dispute arose, whether the judge intervenes and whether they can do so fairly, and whether the lawyers may bear responsibility for any non-procedural behavior they exhibit during the dispute. Modern sources tend to focus more on issues of legal ethics between lawyers and the individuals they represent or the judge. However, disputes between lawyers have not typically been treated as a separate subject requiring special attention in legal literature. Keywords: dispute, rule of law, principle of mutual respect, legal ethics, freedom of expression, personal and public responsibility in advocacy, the role and intervention of the judge, professional cooperation and competition.
