SPECIFICS OF ASSESSING THE FEASIBILITY OF LOCATING AN AGROTECHNOPARK IN THE REGION BASED ON A MULTIFACTOR DECISION-MAKING MODEL

The article discusses the specifics of assessing the feasibility of placing an agro-technopark in the region based on a multifactor decision-making model. The work shows that the model should take into account many different factors, such as the cost of optimizing the use of land resources in the region, the possibility of conducting research activities, the economic and resource cost of production, income from the sale of products, and others. The author studied the main stages of creating a decision model for creating an agricultural technology park, as well as the algorithm for developing a decision model on the possibility of creating an agricultural technology park. Economic, social, environmental, geographical, geological, agricultural, scientific factors supporting the decision to create an agrotechnopark were identified, and an integral assessment of the feasibility of placing an agrotechnopark was calculated.
