PERAN ADMINISTRASI SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 007 LOA JANAN ILIR SAMARINDA

This study aims to describe the role of school administration in improving the quality of education at State Elementary School 007 Loa Janan Ilir, Samarinda. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, the research reveals that school administration plays a vital role in planning educational programs, managing resources efficiently, and monitoring as well as evaluating the learning process. These efforts have positively contributed to the improvement of education quality, as evidenced by increased student achievement, discipline, and school community engagement. The study concludes that strengthening school administration is a strategic factor in enhancing the quality of education at the elementary school level.
