Investigation on Orthogonally Aligned Metamaterials Inspired MIMO Antenna for Ultrawideband Applications

This paper presented a dual band MIMO diversified antenna based on metamaterial concepts. antenna proposed has dual identical strip shaped patch elements orthogonally arranged with respect to each other. From the simulated puzzles the antenna is operating at bands from 3.01 GHz to 10.6 GHz of ultra-wide-band region. It is evident from Fig. 4 that the effect of the metamaterial is such that the gain of the antenna is Transmission coefficient <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$<-15 \text{db}$</tex>. En further at the working bands and this antenna has constant gain of 3.5 dB over the operating band as well as 80 % efficiency. By utilizing limited spectra with Ban allocation, the Prabodh antenna can play a vital role for beyond 5G applications in UWB region.

En further at the working bands and this antenna has constant gain of 3.5 dB over the operating band as well as 80 % efficiency. By utilizing limited spectra with Ban allocation, the Prabodh antenna can play a vital role for beyond 5G applications in UWB region.
