Innovative Methods for Reversible and Secure Data Hiding in Crypto Images for Communication Systems

An important area of focus has been the development of efficient and safe ways for data concealment, due to the growing relevance of data security in digital interactions and the fast advancement of communication technology. Innovative methods for secure and reversible data concealment in effectively saturated crypto-images are the focus of this research, which aims to address the needs of contemporary communication systems. The suggested method combines cryptographic picture encryption with state-of-the-art reversible data hiding (RDH) techniques to guarantee top-notch security without sacrificing data integrity or picture quality. The idea of “effectively saturated images,” where the distribution of pixel intensities is fine-tuned to conceal information without affecting the image quality or adding visible artifacts, is used in the framework. The original image content is preserved while maximizing embedding capacity through the use of a hybrid methodology that combines transform-domain techniques with adaptive pixel-value modulation. This guarantees that the cover picture can be entirely restored and that the concealed data can be recovered, achieving reversibility.
