AI-Enabled Education Integrated with Real-World Cases in a Specific Major: An Example of Aircraft Power Engineering

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had a significant impact on many sectors, including aerospace engineering. This paper proposes a case-based AI education framework for Aircraft Propulsion Engineering, designed to improve students' learning experiences and practical skills. The framework combines key AI technologies, such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with real-world aerospace challenges. Through hands-on workshops, case studies, and AI-assisted assessments, students gain experience applying AI techniques to tasks like optimizing engine performance, detecting anomalies, and predictive maintenance. The course emphasizes personalized learning paths, real-time feedback, and industry collaboration. This ensures students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Early results suggest that this approach improves learning efficiency, deepens understanding, and better prepares students for AI-driven careers in aerospace engineering. This study shows AI's potential to transform engineering education and provides a scalable model for other fields.
