Adaptive Beamforming for Optimizing Wireless Network Performance Using Machine Learning
Network performance optimization has emerged as a crucial topic due to the exponential development in wireless communication needs. By concentrating signal energy in certain directions while reducing interference, adaptive beamforming has become a potential method to improve wireless network efficiency. In order to enhance throughput, energy efficiency, and user experience in next-generation wireless networks, a unique adaptive beamforming technique is presented in this research. The suggested technique makes use of machine learning-based optimization and real-time channel state information (CSI) to dynamically modify beam patterns, guaranteeing peak performance in a range of network scenarios. When compared to conventional beamforming methods, simulation results show notable gains in capacity, energy consumption, and signal-tonoise ratio (SNR). We also go into practical issues like scalability and hardware implementation for networks in 5G and beyond. The results highlight how adaptive beamforming may be used to solve issues like network densification and spectral efficiency, opening the door to more reliable and effective wireless systems.
