A Study on the Early Warning Mechanism for Investment Execution Risk in Power Grid Infrastructure Projects Based on Improved Monte Carlo Simulation
To address the challenge of risk early warning in the execution of investment in power grid infrastructure projects, this study develops a comprehensive monitoring indicator system throughout the entire project lifecycle. The Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is employed to identify key influencing factors. Based on improved Monte Carlo simulation, threshold levels for investment execution risk warnings are refined. A dynamic early warning model covering the full process of power grid investment execution is constructed, enabling comprehensive risk management throughout the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects and supporting the effective implementation of grid investment plans.
