System Modeling and Simulation of AT Automatic Transmission
With the application of electronic technology to vehicles, automatic transmissions have become one of the most important components in the automotive transmission system. Compared with manual transmissions, the overall performance of the automatic transmission is more superior. It can improve the power and driving performance of the car, while also saving energy and reducing emissions. This paper uses the free body force-bearing method to establish a dynamic model of the four-speed planetary gear automatic transmission and the corresponding Simulink model. The vehicle transmission system is simulated based on Simdriveline, and a brief analysis of the 1-4 upshift process is made. The simulation results show that under different input methods, the driveline model of the four-speed planetary gear automatic transmission can complete the power transmission task well, and the shifting process is relatively smooth.
