Design of a Portable IoT Multi-Parameter Tester Based on Bluetooth 5.0
This study designs a multi-parameter tester with a 16-bit ultra-low-power microcontroller chip as the control core. It integrates electrochemical carbon monoxide sensors, electrochemical oxygen sensors, electrochemical hydrogen sulfide sensors, infrared methane sensors, and temperature sensors to enable real-time monitoring and early warning of hazardous gas levels in the surrounding environment for underground workers. By incorporating Bluetooth 5.0 BLE MESH for IoT self-networking capabilities and connecting with Bluetooth-Enabled monitoring, positioning, or life safety monitoring base stations underground, the tester can upload personal environmental safety data to the surface, facilitating real-time personnel safety monitoring.
