Automated Indoor Hydroponic Farming System Using IoT
Modern agriculture requires high-yield and highquality crop production to meet growing demands. Vertical hydroponic farming powered by smart technologies offers a sustainable solution by creating controlled environments for plants. This system uses grow lights for photosynthesis, sensors to monitor key factors like <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{p H}$</tex>, temperature, and humidity, and actuators for precise control of water and nutrients. An Arduino controller with a keypad allows farmers to customize settings such as water flow and indoor temperature. With IoT integration, real-time data monitoring and control are possible, ensuring efficient resource use and high yields. This innovative approach minimizes waste, enhances productivity, and supports sustainable farming. Future advancements in smart technologies are expected to make such systems even more efficient.
