Research on Six-Line Automatic Synchronization Control Method for Sheep Slaughtering Production Line
In current livestock and poultry slaughtering processes involving multiple production stages, parallel conveyor lines or interconnected sequential lines typically require speed and position synchronization control to enhance efficiency and processing quality. This paper focuses on synchronizing six conveyor lines in sheep slaughtering, proposing a multi-line automatic synchronization control method. The six-line synchronization problem is decomposed into five dual-line follower synchronization subproblems, where follower lines adjust their position and speed relative to a reference line. While implementing pairwise synchronization control, cumulative position error correction is continuously applied. Hardware and software designs for the production line's automatic control system are also presented. Experimental validation of the proposed methodology on an industrial sheep slaughter line confirms its successful implementation of fully automated six-line synchronization control. The system demonstrates zero cumulative positional error during extended operation while achieving autonomous synchronization without manual intervention.
