A Baseline-Based Scheme for Consistency Verification of Signals Between Dispatching Master Station and Substations

To address the challenge of signal consistency verification in the integration of existing substations into centralized control systems, a baseline-based consistency checking scheme for signals between dispatching master stations and substations is proposed. This scheme establishes a data baseline model to enable automatic acceptance and multimodal simulation verification of substation monitoring information. First, a system of baseline signal labels is constructed by collecting operational signal features from the dispatching channel. For smart substations adopting the DL/T 860 standard, an automatic acceptance approach is implemented to verify the consistency between graphical models and configuration data. For legacy substations using the network 103 protocol, a multimodal virtualization acceptance method is designed. This method applies virtualization of secondary devices and baseline labeling techniques to ensure signal verification. Finally, a hierarchical remote control debugging strategy is introduced to guarantee the safety and reliability of control functions. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme significantly improves the debugging efficiency for integrating legacy substations into centralized control systems, reduces manual workload by approximately 80%, and achieves a signal verification accuracy of over 99.5%, providing strong technical support for large-scale integration of existing substations into master station systems.
