A Waveform Generative Diffusion Model of Unknown Radio Signal
In recent years, with the development of artificial intelligence, especially the Large Language Model(LLM), more and more smart devices have been used in communication field. So, more new radio signals or unknown radio signals are transmitted in our lives. In these signals, there are some vicious radio signals to get private information or destroy the communication between devices. So,to recognize and manage these unknown signals or radio signals with no-prior knowledge, in this paper, a Waveform Generative Diffusion Model (WGDM) Algorithm is presented. Through the WGDM deep learning network, the distribution of these signals are been learned. At the same time, the new waveform signals are generated through the network. These new signals are been used to control and manage the unknown signals. The experiment results show the more best accuracy which is got through the WGDM algorithm than other methods.
