Research on Evaluation Indicators for Provincial-level Effectiveness of Multi-level Electricity Market
In the backdrop of the relentless march of power market reform, a multi-tiered power market system has been progressively taking shape. This paper is dedicated to developing a scientific and rational evaluation index system for gauging the effectiveness of provincial-level power markets within this complex multi-level framework. By integrating a selection of classic indicators from the stock market, we introduce innovations to the evaluation metrics of the power market. This integration not only broadens the perspective but also enhances the precision of assessing how well power markets are functioning. The insights gleaned from this evaluation system are poised to offer crucial references for the healthy development of power markets. It holds the potential to guide policy formulation, shape corporate strategies, and inform investment decisions within the power sector. Ultimately, this research aspires to contribute to the optimization and sustainable growth of power markets, ensuring they thrive amidst ongoing market reforms and evolving regulatory landscapes.
