A Multiband Leaf Shaped Slotted Antenna for S and C Band Applications

This paper presents the design of a rectangular patch antenna with a leaf-shaped slot for high-gain applications. The proposed antenna operates at three resonant frequencies: 3.52 <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{GHz}, 4.75 \text{GHz}$</tex>, and 7.03 GHz, with respective bandwidths of 40 MHz, 132 MHz, and 190 MHz. At 4.75 GHz, it achieves a peak gain of 4.2 dBi, ensuring strong signal performance. The antenna's design and performance are analyzed through simulations using HFSS software, confirming its suitability for S-band and C-band applications. The proposed design provides a compact and efficient solution for modern wireless communication and radar systems.
