Study on Propagation Characteristics of Circularly Polarized Vortex Electromagnetic Waves in Plasma
Based on the plasma transmission of planar electromagnetic waves, this paper studies the propagation characteristics of circularly polarized vortex electromagnetic waves in plasma, mainly comparing mode 0 and mode 1. The frequency range is 3.5 GHz-3.9 GHz. The electron density of plasma is about 0.34e17m-3-1.94m-3. After testing, it can be found that although the modes of the vortex electromagnetic waves are disturbed during the transmission of the plasma, the low mode is mixed to the high mode, and the high mode will mix to the low mode, the signal transmission ability is better than that of the planar electromagnetic waves.
