Devising of the control system for a multi-functional dual-axis high precision numerical controlled flight motion simulator
With the continuous development of new photoelectric detection components, there is an increasing demand for inertial navigation test and motion simulation technology and corresponding test equipment technology. Aiming at the semi-physical motion test simulation needs of photoelectric detection components, this paper first conducts an overall design of a new multi-purpose high-precision dual-axis digital control flight simulator. Secondly, on the basis of completing the overall design, a closed-loop servo control model of the flight simulator position has been built, and a digital control mathematical model is proposed. Finally, after the product development has been completed, the positioning errors of the pitch axis and azimuth axis of the new multi-functional high-precision dual-axis digital control flight motion simulator are experimentally tested. Experimental results show that the angular position accuracy of the axis system of the new developed test equipment has reached the arcsecond level, indicating that the control strategy and scheme proposed in this paper are reasonable and feasible, and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the subsequent development of similar products.
