Abstract

Non-destructive read operation (NDRO) based on a non-volatile memory window has proven effective in decoupling the read and write process. In this work, an asymmetric C-V</i> curve in the Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 (HZO) ferroelectric capacitor is achieved by inserting an NbOx bottom layer.
