University-industry Collaboration:an Empirical Study Based on Trust and Knowledge Management using PLS-SEM
This research focuses on university-industry collaboration, exploring the impact of multidimensional trust on enterprise innovation performance. The study aims to examine how interorganizational trust within such partnerships influences innovation outcomes, with particular emphasis on the mediating role of knowledge management. Empirical data was collected through comprehensive surveys of technology companies across China's three northeastern provinces, analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings demonstrate that all three dimensions of trust significantly enhance innovation performance, while knowledge management serves as a crucial mediating mechanism.
