Safety Risk Analysis of Falls from High Places in High-rise Building Construction Based on FDEMATEL-TOPSIS Modeling
In the field of building construction, the risk factors of fall from height accidents are numerous and closely related to each other. In order to accurately carry out the safety risk analysis of fall from height in building construction, the fuzzy decision-making and experimental evaluation laboratory and the superior and inferior solution distance method model are used to carry out comprehensive risk analysis. Firstly, DEMATEL model is utilized to determine the causal relationship between the risk factors and their weights, during which the fuzzy factors are combined with fuzzy mathematical theory to improve the data accuracy. The TOPSIS model is then used to prioritize the risk factors and identify high-risk scenarios. In this study, the causal system was constructed by analyzing the investigation reports of 70 typical fall from height accidents, and the model was used to analyze and finally conclude that weak safety awareness of personnel, insufficient safety training and education, and failure to implement the responsibility for safety production are the key factors leading to fall from height accidents in high-rise building construction.
