Highway Disaster Perception Monitoring and Emergency Response Using Traffic Brain
With the rapid development of China's highway network, the safety and efficiency of the transportation system have become the focus of social concern. Effectively perceiving and monitoring highway disaster risks, as well as implementing timely emergency management, are crucial for ensuring the safe operation of highways. This study, based on the Shaanxi Province Intelligent Traffic Brain, leverages its strengths in data perception, analysis and decision making, explores its application in highway disaster perception monitoring and emergency management. A risk assessment model based on a cross-modal attention mechanism is proposed, and a comprehensive disaster perception monitoring system and emergency response mechanism for highway infrastructure are developed. The aim is to achieve real-time perception and monitoring of various highway infrastructure elements and potential disaster risks, thereby optimizing the emergency response process and enhancing the overall efficiency of emergency management. This research provides a reference for the intelligent operation, monitoring, and emergency management of highway systems.
