Blockchain-Based Prepackaged Food Supply Chain Management Platform
To address the issues of low information transparency, high logistics costs and insufficient customer trust in the supply chain of ready-to-eat meals, a supply chain management platform for ready-to-eat meals based on blockchain is proposed. This paper introduces the overall architecture of the system, studies the application of blockchain and smart contract technologies, and builds an efficient, transparent and traceable supply chain management system by coordinating blockchain with the MySQL database. The system, based on the decentralized nature of blockchain and the automated execution of smart contracts, ensures the transparency, security and immutability of data, and enhances the efficiency and credibility of each link in the supply chain, ultimately achieving full-chain optimized management of the ready-to-eat food supply chain.
