A sensitive 2D Cu-TCPP-based respiratory ammonia sensor for non-invasive and more accessible detection of <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> infection
This study created a sensitive Raman ammonia sensor using 2D Cu-TCPP nanosheets for noninvasive <i>H. pylori</i> detection. Leveraging multiple ammonia-binding sites and Au nanoparticle signal enhancement, it achieved a 1 ppm detection limit. Testing patients' breath, it identified <i>H. pylori via</i> ammonia levels, showing clear <i>I</i>997/<i>I</i>1030 ratio shifts post-urea intake, offering a promising noninvasive diagnostic tool.
